Data Protection
Safeguarding
The safety and wellbeing of our learners is our highest priority.
Safeguarding means protecting children, young people and adults at risk from abuse, neglect, exploitation, discrimination, radicalisation and other forms of harm.
If you have a safeguarding concern about yourself or someone else, please speak to a member of staff as soon as possible.

If you have any safeguarding concerns about yourself or someone else, please speak to Debbie or another member of staff as soon as possible.
If your concern relates to a member of the senior leadership team, you do not need to raise it with them.
You may instead request to speak directly with our Independent Safeguarding Governor. Any member of staff can arrange this promptly, or you can contact us using the details above and your request will be passed to the Independent Safeguarding Governor without delay.
All safeguarding concerns are treated seriously, sensitively and confidentially.
Prevent
Prevent is part of the UK’s safeguarding strategy and aims to protect people from being drawn into terrorism or extremism.
If you have any concerns, please speak to a member of staff.

Additional Learning Support
We are committed to helping every learner achieve their potential.
If you require additional learning support or reasonable adjustments, please let us know before or during your course.
Support may include:
- Learning difficulties or disabilities
- Medical conditions
- English or maths
- Wellbeing
- Other individual learning needs
We’ll discuss your requirements with you and agree any reasonable adjustments where appropriate.

Health and Safety
The health and safety of our learners, staff and visitors is extremely important.
Please:
- Follow all instructions from your trainer.
- Wear any required PPE.
- Report accidents, incidents or hazards immediately.
- Help us maintain a safe learning environment.
In the event of an emergency, notify a member of staff immediately. Where there is an immediate risk to life or serious injury, emergency services should be contacted by calling 999.
Complaints and Appeals

If you have any concerns, please speak to your trainer first.
If the matter cannot be resolved informally, you may make a formal complaint or appeal in accordance with our published procedures.
