At Clint Stamper Training Ltd, we believe great training is about more than simply gaining a qualification. As a family-run business, we’re passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive environment where learners feel confident to ask questions, develop practical skills and achieve their full potential. Combining many years of experience in the electrical industry and further education, we’re committed to delivering professional, hands-on training that prepares electricians for real-world success.
Clint leads the delivery of our training and assessments, bringing extensive industry knowledge and teaching experience to every course. Debbie manages the day-to-day running of the business, supporting learners from their initial enquiry through to successful completion of their qualification. Together, we’re committed to providing a professional, friendly service and helping every learner achieve their goals.
Ofsted – Strong Standard
In July 2026, Clint Stamper Training Ltd underwent a full Ofsted inspection of our Skills Bootcamp provision.
Ofsted found that Achievement and Curriculum, Teaching and Training were meeting a Strong Standard, recognising the quality of our training and the progress made by our learners.
The outcome reflects our focus on delivering high-quality, practical electrical training that gives learners the knowledge, skills and confidence they can take back into the workplace.
BECBC Micro Business of the Year 2025
In 2025, Clint Stamper Training Ltd was proud to be named BECBC Micro Business of the Year.The award was a fantastic recognition of the work we’ve put into growing the business and supporting electrical skills and training across Cumbria.While we’re incredibly proud of the recognition, our greatest achievement remains seeing our learners develop new skills, gain nationally recognised qualifications and progress in their careers.
We remain committed to continually improving our training, facilities and learner experience, ensuring everyone who trains with us receives the highest standard of support from start to finish.
