Booking procedure
A provisional booking will be created for you on completion of our booking form.
Payment terms
Once we have received your booking form, a non refundable deposit of £100 per person is required – this will secure your place on the course. The balance is required at least 7 days prior to the course commencement date.
We will contact you and raise an invoice for the payments.
Cancellation terms
Deposits are non-transferable and non refundable.
- Cancelling 1 week or more before the course commencement date – you will lose your non refundable deposit only.
- Cancelling less than one week before the course starts – the full charge will apply. Booking terms and conditions apply.
Fees
Fees quoted include course, exam, assessment and light lunch/refreshments. Additional items needed for a course are listed on the course information. Should you wish us to supply these then please contact us and we will be happy to provide information on the additional cost.
Any exam/assessment resits may incur an additional charge.
All prices quoted are as seen, we do not currently charge VAT as we are not VAT registered.
Force majeure
If we are forced to cancel your booking due to unprecedented circumstances beyond our reasonable control, then in the first instance we will try to find you suitable available alternative date however we will be unable to offer any refunds or be liable for any expenses occurred.
Such circumstances/events include (but are not limited to): war, terrorism, acts of god, acts of parliament/government/local government, epidemics and pandemics.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights, including copyright, patents, design rights and know- how in or relating to the course or course materials provided, or made available in connection with our courses, remain the sole property of Clint Stamper Training ltd or its licensors and no copies of course materials may be made unless expressly agreed in writing by Clint Stamper Training Ltd.
Privacy and data protection
We may contact you by mail, email or mobile phone by using your personal data registered with us at the time of your booking.
As always, we abide by the law to protect your privacy. Clint Stamper Training Ltd will not pass on any details to any third party not associated with your booking.
We will not contact you about additional courses or marketing information if you have not specifically opted in.

Clint Stamper Training Ltd may from time to time take photographs during our courses for marketing purposes which may be reproduced in future materials.
